Refund policy

Have you received a product with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transportation? Don't worry – contact us at info@mynameisleo.com. Please include photos of the defect, a brief description of the issue, and your order number. We will help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Returns

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, you may return products purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions set out below.

How to return a product

You can submit your return independently through our Returns Portal.

To access your order, you will need to provide at least two of the following:

  • Order number;
  • Email address;
  • Shipment tracking number.

After submitting your request, you will be able to select the items you wish to return, specify the reason for the return, and submit your request.

Once we review the information, we will send you a return shipping label and further return instructions by email.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • be unused, except to the extent necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality;
  • be in their original condition;
  • include all original components and accessories;
  • be returned in their original, undamaged packaging whenever possible.

If a returned product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the diminished value of the product, as permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product without defects, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your notice of withdrawal from the purchase agreement.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Additional Information

We make every effort to ensure that the product photos, colors, and descriptions displayed in our online store accurately represent the products. However, due to differences in screen settings or other technical factors, actual product colors may vary slightly from those displayed.

We are not responsible for any deterioration in product quality resulting from improper use, failure to follow the provided instructions, or failure to comply with transportation or storage requirements.

All products sold by My Name Is Leo are covered by the statutory legal guarantee provided under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Where applicable, any additional manufacturer's warranty will be specified in the product description or accompanying documentation.

Exceptions

In accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement does not apply in certain cases, including but not limited to:

  • products made according to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised;
  • sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons;
  • other cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded by applicable law.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions or complaints regarding products purchased from our online store, we encourage you to contact us first at info@mynameisleo.com. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
