Pre-Order Policy

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available in stock. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item in advance so it will be shipped to you once it arrives at our warehouse.

Pre-order items are usually new collections, limited releases, or products currently on the way from the supplier.

Payment

All pre-orders are charged at the time the order is placed. This guarantees that your item is reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping

The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page.

Once the item arrives in stock, your order will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Estimated delivery dates

Please note that pre-order delivery dates are estimated. While we do our best to ensure accurate timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to production, shipping, or supplier schedules.

If there are significant changes to the delivery timeline, we will inform customers as soon as possible.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before the item has been shipped.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it will follow our standard return policy.

Returns

Pre-order items follow the same return policy as regular products once they have been delivered. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
