How to use:

Heating: Remove the inner pouch with the spelt husks and warm it in the oven at up to 75 °C for about 2–3 minutes. Never heat in a microwave to avoid overheating or fire hazards.

Cooling: To use it as a cooling pillow, place the pouch in the refrigerator or freezer for a short time, then put it back inside the goose.
